Children are not allowed on the Casino Floor, WSOP Poker Room, or in the Mutuels carpeted areas (betting areas.) For your dining pleasure, “Winning Streaks' is on the Mutuels level and sells hot dogs, hamburgers, pizza, and cheese steaks. Guests may want to prepare for it by bringing sunscreen and hats for little ones. Please check back for Live Racing Days, which are Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Children are only allowed to visit Harrah’s Philadelphia on live race days out on our Grandstand.
